Jason de Couto – Vancouver Jazz Pianist, Keyboardist & Music Educator
Jason de Couto is a Vancouver-based jazz pianist and keyboardist known for his dynamic performances and genre-blending style. He performs regularly with leading West Coast groups including Meridian, Rain City 6, and Steelin’ In the Years, a tribute to Steely Dan.
A graduate of Capilano College’s Jazz Studies program, Jason brings technical skill and soulful expression to every stage. He has performed at major events like the TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival and leads the d.A.B. Trio, a high-energy group blending jazz, funk, and blues.
Beyond the stage, Jason is a passionate music educator dedicated to mentoring new talent and sharing his love of music through teaching and collaboration.
