Hip Pocket is a highly entertaining and versatile dance band with many years of experience performing at corporate events, private parties, weddings and anniversaries. The group plays a wide range of great music including hit songs from Motown, Soul, R & B,and Disco eras, early Rock-n-Roll, Classic Rock, Pop, Country, current favourites and the best of the '70's, 80's '90's and beyond.They also happily take requests and play Jazz standards and Boss Novas, too. Hip Pocket was formed in 2001 and has quickly established itself as highly professional and versatile band playing a variety of musical styles including rock, pop, jazz, funk, Latin, soul, and rhythm and blues. With its professionalism, skilled musicianship, and variedrepertoire, Hip Pocket assures a satisfying and memorable evening.

Hip Pocket is led by guitarist and saxophonist Adam Rohrlick who has over twenty years of experience performing with such artists asMichael Buble', Colin James, Jim Byrnes and Mike Reno.

Vocalist Catherine St. Germain has worked with David Foster, Natalie Cole, Loverboy and Ray Charles. Whether she's singing Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues or Country, Catherine always delivers.

Bassist Gordon Maxwell's natural vocal talent has kept him in demand for live performance and in the recording studio. He is one of the most sought after studio singers in Western Canada.

Keyboard player Bill Sample has worked as Music Director for Grammy award-winning composer David Foster, and performed with Celine Dion, Brian Adams, Kenny Rogers and many others.

Award winning drummer Shawn Soucy has played on numerous recordings and performed extensively on the local, national, and international scenes with major recording artists.
